Why Rako RX-LINK

Handles up to 16 circuits, or two RAK8 boards, and is powered directly from the RAK

Interface

A link on the network: keypads, modules and the Hub stay on one system.

With the Hub

App, voice and timers still need an RK-HUB or WK-HUB. This part keeps the system connected.

Keypads still run the room

The plate on the wall is the everyday control. This accessory sits in the background.

What the Rako RX-LINK is

The Rako RX-LINK is the wireless link unit for RAK8 boards. Where a wired system uses a RAK-LINK, a wireless system uses the RX-LINK to bring central dimming and switching under wireless keypad control.

Where it sits in a Rako system

It connects by RJ45 to a RAK8-MB or RAK8-S and receives commands from Rako wireless transmitters such as the RK-EOS-6 keypad. Configure it in RASOFT Pro with a RAMPI or Hub. For more than 16 circuits, add further RX-LINKs. See the Rako RAK system.

Rako app

Scenes from the keypad, and from the phone

This product sits in a Rako system. The keypad on the wall runs the room. With an RK-HUB or WK-HUB, the same scenes also run from the free Rako app.

  • Room scenes from the keypad on the wall
  • App control once an RK-HUB or WK-HUB is on the network
  • Voice, timers and holiday mode from the Hub

The Rako app is published by Rako, and needs an RK-HUB or WK-HUB with firmware 3.7.6 or later.
