Delivery

We deliver to Great Britain only. A valid UK postcode is required at checkout so we can price the order. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO.

Shelly items (everything whose name does not start with Rako) are charged at £9.99 per parcel of up to 30 kg, based on the weight of those items. Extra parcels are added if the combined weight needs them. If a basket has no Rako items, there is always at least one Shelly parcel.

Rako items are those whose product name starts with "Rako". They are charged at £20 and dispatch separately. Rako weight is not used for the rate.

A mixed basket is the Shelly parcel total plus the Rako dispatch. There is no free-delivery threshold.

Scottish Highlands add £10 per dispatch. Remote Scottish islands add £15 per dispatch. Remote is applied first, so postcodes in both lists (including the Outer Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney KW15-KW17, and the listed West Coast island districts) take the £15 rate, not both. Each dispatch in a mixed basket receives the surcharge.

The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

Returns

Do not post items back until we have agreed the return. Use the contact form with your order number. We will tell you whether it can come back and how to send it.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, then a further 14 days to return the items once we have given you the return details.

Separately, non-faulty items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused and resaleable, with the original packaging and accessories. You pay the return postage for non-faulty returns.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us first. We will advise the return method and cover the cost where appropriate.

Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.

Special-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Nothing affects your statutory rights.
