What the Rako RLED45CC1 is
The Rako RLED45CC1 is a single-output constant-current LED dimmer with a built-in Rako wireless receiver. It supports 350, 500, 600, 700 and 1000mA loads. For four-channel colour fittings, the RLED20+CC4 is the matching module; for constant-voltage tape, see the RLED75CV1.
Where it sits in a Rako system

Power and connection
