Why Rako RCI-7M

Fits in a standard UK back box close to the switches and runs from a CR2032 coin cell

Existing switches

Keeps the plate the room already has, and sends Rako scenes from those buttons.

Wireless

Talks to in-line modules over Rakom RF. No keypad cable back to a rack.

App as well

With an RK-HUB or WK-HUB, the same scenes also run from the Rako app and from voice assistants.

What the Rako RCI-7M is

The Rako RCI-7M is a low-profile wireless interface for up to 7 momentary switches (not included). The RCI-4L is the version for four latching switches.

Where it sits in a Rako system

Each input can send commands to any room, so one switch plate can control several rooms or start a macro. It is programmed by NFC in RASOFT Pro with a RAMPI or RK-HUB. See all Rako wireless interfaces.

Rako app

Scenes from the keypad, and from the phone

This product sits in a Rako system. The keypad on the wall runs the room. With an RK-HUB or WK-HUB, the same scenes also run from the free Rako app.

  • Room scenes from the keypad on the wall
  • App control once an RK-HUB or WK-HUB is on the network
  • Voice, timers and holiday mode from the Hub

The Rako app is published by Rako, and needs an RK-HUB or WK-HUB with firmware 3.7.6 or later.
