What the Rako WP-CON is
The Rako WP-CON is a back-box RJ11 to punch-down connector on a standard 86mm plate. It gives a wall socket where a Rako device, such as a WK-HUB, can plug into the wired network.

Mounts on a standard 86mm plate with two screw fixings, in a UK single back box at least 35mm deep (47mm advised). It measures 86 x 86 x 25mm, weighs 30g and operates from +2°C to +40°C.
